Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the EV Doctors website, owner mobile application, and technician WeChat Mini Program (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Service description (owner app)
EV Doctors provides vehicle manuals, AI-assisted fault analysis, and remote expert consultation for new energy vehicles. The Service is informational and supportive — it is not a substitute for manufacturer-authorised repair procedures, high-voltage safety training, or mandatory recalls.
2. Technician WeChat Mini Program (EV Doctors 技师端)
This section applies to certified technicians who use our WeChat Mini Program to receive dispatch notifications, handle work orders, and submit diagnostic reports. By logging in, you agree to these technician terms in addition to the general provisions below where applicable.
Account and eligibility
- Technician accounts are issued or invited by the platform; you must not lend or transfer your account
- You represent that you have the skills required to provide new-energy vehicle technical support
Workflow rules
- Work orders are dispatched after review by our customer-service team; technical replies to owners are published only after CS review
- You must complete diagnostic reports as required by the platform and must not provide unlawful or false safety advice
- You may switch "online" to receive dispatches only within your declared available hours
- Response times and owner feedback may affect your technician level and settlement
Confidentiality
You must keep owner information, vehicle details, and chat content in assigned orders confidential. You may not copy, disclose, or use such information except as necessary to complete platform work orders.
Fees and settlement
Earnings, pending payouts, and paid amounts are determined by platform billing records. Level-up rules are shown in the Mini Program billing section.
Notifications
Dispatch alerts are sent via WeChat subscription messages after you grant consent. You may manage or revoke this authorisation in WeChat settings or the Mini Program profile screen.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke technician access if you breach these Terms, harm owner interests, or damage platform reputation. To request account closure, contact privacy@evdoctors.net.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users.
6. Professional disclaimer
AI outputs and remote advice are provided in good faith based on available information. Always follow OEM safety procedures and local regulations for high-voltage work. EV Doctors is not liable for repair decisions made solely on app content without qualified on-site assessment.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Paid features for owners, when enabled, are billed according to in-app pricing and platform (Apple/Google) terms. Refunds follow the applicable app store policy. Technician settlement is governed by Section 2 above.
8. Intellectual property
Manuals, software, and branding remain the property of EV Doctors and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
9. Termination
Owner app: you may delete your account at any time in Settings.
Technician Mini Program: contact privacy@evdoctors.net to request closure of your technician account.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Doctors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100 if no fees were paid.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China as applied to Nanjing Haishengwei New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (南京海盛威新能源科技有限公司), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
